I offer online therapy sessions via a secure HIPPA-compliant site.
Telehealth video therapy sessions are a convenient & secure way to provide the same evidence-based, quality therapy services that you’re used to getting in person delivered in the comfort of your home – when and where you need it.
Many people address concerns with the idea of doing therapy via telehealth, but research indicates that clients notice the same level of improvement in comparison to face-to-face sessions. Telehealth is widely used and researched by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and has helped to provide high-quality services to clients who often struggle to obtain necessary care.
Telehealth is not appropriate for everyone including those who experience visual and/or auditory hallucinations, active substance use, recent suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or other situations that may be risky to your safety.

I consider all my clients to be more than just another name, or an appointment. Therapy is meant to be a completely individual experience, and I treat it as such, with deep compassion. Not only do I want to provide support and encouragement for each of my clients, but it’s my goal to offer them resources that they can put into practice immediately in their lives. I use approaches that fit each client’s individual needs, with an understanding, that no matter what, everyone can achieve more personal growth and strength. It’s an honor to work on that together.
